This site doesn't use analytics, ads or tracking cookies. It's hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
Membership accounts
A membership account stores your name, email, a protected password record, and sign-in sessions. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. The membership database also holds your chosen tier, payment and access records, and any support or conversation requests you save.
Stripe handles card details directly. This site receives payment references and invoice status, and sends Stripe your account name and email. Membership retention and account recovery arrangements are still being reviewed before a live opening.
Booking a call
When you book a call through this site, I collect your name, your email, the time you pick, your time zone, and anything you write in the optional note. I use them only to schedule and hold the call:
- They're stored in this site's database.
- Your name and email go on a Google Calendar invite, which Google emails to you with a Google Meet link.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach this site. Stripe emails your receipt.
I don't sell or share your information with anyone else, and I won't add you to a mailing list.
Optional one-time support
Support payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach this site. Stripe may collect your email and other information needed to process the payment.
This site keeps the Stripe checkout and payment references, amount, currency, payment mode and recording time for bookkeeping. The support ledger does not store your name or email. No account is required, and support does not create a membership, subscription or recurring charge.
How long it's kept
I keep booking and support payment records for bookkeeping and taxes. Stripe and Google keep their own records under their policies: Stripe, Google.
Your choices
Write to matthewhuff89@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what I have about you. Payment records that Stripe is required to keep by law aren't mine to delete.
